The New Center for Adults in Sedona opens it's door to Sedona's Finest.

Located at the United Methodist Church on Indian Cliffs Road this is the only licensed facility in the Sedona-Verde Valley. Those with a special vision and passion  put together this dream for Sedona's seniors.  With help from a full board of directors the Center for Adults is designed to enrich the lives of seniors, and those with disabilities.

The facility, Sedona Sunrise, is the bridge between adult care facilities and a community center for more active adults. Research has shown that more adults want to be indoors so this facility allows them to stay all day if they wish and still spend the night in their own homes.

The facility offers comfortable chairs, recliners games and a main gathering room. There is also a registered nurse on duty to assist if anything of this degree is needed.  There is also regular activities that people can participate in including reminiscing about times past and keeping memories fresh.
